Viran has been one of the key team members of our organization who worked really hard to grow the product from a small audience to entire USA and beyond. He's also specialized in frontend engineering mastering technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, Reselect, Saga etc and been our go-to person for frontend matters. He lead a team while playing a role of an engineering manager and also played a key role in tuning our frontend performance so that app can work on low performant machines as well. Viran is an intelligent and hard-working team-mate who has played a very important role in the development and performance of Sysco's online shopping platform. I have personally sat with him through countless debugging sessions to pinpoint and fix many performance bottlenecks in the React-based frontend application. Although Viran's primary interest was initially in backend engineering, he stepped up to fill a void in the frontend domain. He has not only adapted and delivered in this area but he has also excelled and is somewhat of an expert in React-based frontend development. In his role, he has contributed immensely in refactoring and re-writing UI components and modules for better performance and maintainability.

I have always enjoyed working with Viran due to his enthusiasm for learning and for achieving high quality solutions to problems that we encounter on the job. He is also a very friendly individual who will become an integral part of any team he joins.
